1. Share your project

Send the address, photographs, approximate dimensions and intended next use. Describe known garage materials and whether the slab or foundations should remain.

  • Show the loading route as well as the structure
  • Include known utilities and nearby surfaces to protect
  • Provide drawings and your preferred start window where available

2. Review the site and scope

The property information is reviewed before pricing and timing are confirmed. Further photos, a scope conversation or an assessment may be needed to understand connections, access and material handling.

  • Separate structure, slab and footing removal
  • Identify debris hauling and cleanup inclusions
  • Agree on the final condition and next contractor’s needs

3. Complete the preparation

Confirm required approvals and the people responsible for utility disconnections, structural review and material assessments. Clear stored belongings and agree on the loading or bin arrangements.

  • Keep the agreed work route accessible
  • Identify retained fences, gardens and hard surfaces
  • Confirm that the necessary preparation is complete before scheduling

4. Carry out the agreed removal

The garage components and concrete included in the scope are removed according to the project plan. Loading and hauling are coordinated with the work area and access.

  • Maintain the agreed removal boundary
  • Review unexpected conditions before expanding the work
  • Keep occupied areas and retained components accounted for

5. Review cleanup and handoff

The work area is reviewed against the cleanup scope. Confirm what remains, what the next contractor will receive and any additional preparation required for the new use.

  • Check the agreed collection areas and loading route
  • Confirm retained slab or exposed ground condition
  • Coordinate further construction, grading or landscaping separately
